Replacing stolen appliances (and AC if you provide it, not recommended on either), fix holes in walls at least every year etc.Search here on "lonnie dealer", "renting mobile homes in parks".  

Did you add the tile halfway up the wall, or was that already there?

He was told to build a wall that united the second and attic area as one in the stair case which he did.  

It was kind of a deal breaker for me being as I would not be carrying any walls down anyways so the electrical wouldn't be touched.

We saved the foundation, most of the floor structure and 3 of the 4 exterior walls.  

I'm just guessing, but to get to that amount, we're probably talking about a horrible looking kitchen and bath, maybe a bad roof that needs new shingles, smelly stained carpet, and dirty walls with holes in the drywall. 

The wall in the kitchen where the stove was is damaged and the laundry room/ half bath has damaged walls. 

I pay about $170 per year for my rental townhome with shared walls.

Domestic disputes are hard on walls, doors, and windows.  

Everything from needing a new roof, to siding and having to completely renovate the walls flooring, kitchens and bedrooms.
