Does the group have a Facebook page or some other means of communication?

Anytime I bring up the site to someone I simply say "It is like facebook for real estate investors"

While I am more than happy to answer PMs and email questions, and am very active on the forums, if I offered to call everyone that got in touch with me on BP, Facebook, Twitter, some random business card I gave out as a REIA or something etc.

My experience is that it's very hard to do so unless they post on their facebook page a list of everyone living in the property or something silly like that.

I normally have waiting lists but when I do advertise I use craigslist, my facebook page and I once posted on zillow....  

Over the last few months, I've noticed from her Facebook posts she has begun to become RE investor knowledgeable (FB posts about tax liens, tax deeds, house flipping).   

Facebook?

I tend to communicate updates on Day ton's business on my face book page which serves as one place I can communicate with several investor friends on a regular basis, often on topics other than real estate.
