Being on a slab, no drain to the exterior is possible without trenching the slab.

Because the homes were inherited and possibly has zero loans on them.

Even with the additional maintenance expense we still drive a 66% better NOI than if the entire park was TOH.

Rents will be higher (unless they set some rent cap) because Landlords will raise rents when possible to prolong the need for any increases on current Tenants to avoid the 90 day rule.
