I always see water leaking under sinks, toilets running, roof leaks, a/c or heater not working.

Need some help navigating through this.  The rental is located in NJ, there is 1 person on the lease, but her friend also lives there.  I have not gotten her on the lease as she was supposed to stay for 3 mo...

I think the bigger concern is liability in a very litigious society.We had a number of areas on our properties where water collected. 

I replaced the roof, water tank, updated, electrical, updated the kitchen, refinished and stained the original hardwood floors, renovated the bathroom, Basically I did a total renovation!

Maybe if the land was given to you, and the insurance and taxes were very low, and it was right on a body of water?

Many of the proposed changes make sense but two of the changes are simply a disaster and an example of throwing the baby out with the bath water. 

We’ve already cut the fat including thing that are “wants” and not needs and we still have a lot of things that must happen before we can list it including some structural projects and sump pump issues etc…I’m working two jobs and caring for 3 kids and husband is working 10-12 hour days so obviously time is limited.

The directions state for hard surfaces it can be diluted with 2 parts water to 1 product, and I suppose mop it on. 

Have a property in Neptune that I would like to do this with either water or electric if that's even possible.
