It is typically available in the sale of land, but otherwise is not generally available if damages are an appropriate alternative.Mediation as @Russell Brazil mentioned might be a good idea as well.

There were some challenges as to how such a site would vet the data incoming and how the site owners would risk liability if inaccurate information kept them from finding housing in their area.It's a great idea on paper, but I think unrealistic to implement.You can meet that need by doing your due diligence and screening heavily.

I think the main idea of my post is that banks don't typically lend to businesses without sufficient assets and business operations - likewise, banks typically don't lend to individuals without income and credit.

Once you have an idea, look to make connections in that market. 

I have not checked the crime rates, that is a great idea.

It seems like a good PM is also a great resource to get an idea of certain parts of town vs others.

My son is thinking of buying his first home in Saint Robert MO...he is active duty military but will most likely get out very soon and the property will then be a rental...does anyone have experience in Saint Robert? ...
