Quit dropping food under your couch and get a real job.Anyway, it's difficult to do showings when his place is a gross mess.

Also consider that TX has high property taxes.And you will be paying CA income tax on your TX income.So you will be paying both high income taxes and high property taxes.At least in CA we have Prop 13.Just some food for thought.

This usually is enough to pay for the meeting space or food or both.If you don't think you can attend every meeting, you can usually pay on a per meeting basis.
