Using the same argument that he did about better to have you as a collaborated, if he wants to build a multifamily, there will likely require a zoning application and it would be better to have your support.

To create a fund you will need up-front legal work, which won't be cheap.If the property income supports, it is fairly easy to get bridge loan debt.  

This government support for your education should not be used as a slush fund for other investments. 

I've been using Cozy but they are no longer supporting commercial as of this month.

Supporting skills include the ability to pester 1,000 people while looking for the 1 desperate person who has no idea of market value, realtors or auctioneers.

@Christopher Brown things to offer would be... leads, training, experience, admin(our admin can make offers, check emails, handles paperwork, handles CRM, shows up at inspections, schedules listing photos, drops and picks up sings, etc), support, help with showings, marketing help, a game plan for an agent to get deals, scripts, etc.

But he's had a lot of great "do with this info what you will" kind of advice, mostly in the form of either supporting or cautioning things I bring up, about contractors, seriousness of the issue and acknowledgement of the profitability of the property.  

University grant/ pell grant/housing allowance also do not count as income.
