I decided this past week to pivot from learning on LTR to STR as I know I will be more passionate about it as an avid traveler and user of the service.

Although traveling the world playing music is fun, it doesn't come with a 401k. 

Now realtor tells me she’s having technical issues getting it “syndicated” and now tells me after I’ve traveled 250 miles that she’s quarantined and cannot meet me.

I'm fortunate enough to have a job that I can work from home for now; however, after the pandemic I will be traveling Monday-Thursday (Consulting Job) so I am expecting to use a property management company down the road. 

A Brookings Institution report attributes part of the decrease to the pandemic, which brought more deaths and more travel restrictions to most of 2020.Any increases in population indicate where people are heading to weather the Covid-19 pandemic, since the Census Bureau numbers are based on estimates collected this year.

Demand for housing is up because people want more indoor and outdoor space (not interest rates).As soon as manufacturing resumes 100% and people return to spending money on travel, dining out, and entertainment the material costs will drop.

People will use storage closer to them versus travelling far.Always try to Buy first and build second. 

They are all doing traveling short term contract work at a refinery.

Definitely working towards financial independence to get my time back to spend with family and traveling.
