Since he is selling my lots separately, technically if someone buys the condo section ((vacant, undeveloped), I would be bound to the condo and will have to pay HOA.

I have been calling on references on our first Property and I get these other landlords that don't want to talk to me. They say to fax in a request.

Is this normal?

Anyone have examples they use?

Although they definitely  form my experience do a very good job on due diligence on the promoter ( borrower) I personally  provided a full FBI background check full credit etc etc.. and usally when you do that that weeds out most HML borrowers.
