After in office, they tend to lock up the organization to maintain control, IMO.You need to document greviences that are not addressed and be able to show other owners that they are self dealing or failing in the position.

It's hard to sell something that is tenant occupied - they will resent the intrusion, fail to keep the place clean, etc.

When the debt is fully paid as agreed the seller releases the collateral lien evidenced by the mortgage or deed and then provides a deed of release.Seller financed notes are not funded with cash and in the event the buyer fails to pay as agreed, they are in default.

I check into zoning issues, what types of businesses will be allowed under the current zoning, what happens if I remodel, any code violations on record, what types of businesses have been there in the past.It is good to find out about crime levels and incidents that are happening in the area.I like to check with the fire department to determine if there have been any fire incidents nearby or failed fire inspections.I'm sure that others have more areas they investigate as well.
