Before you answer the question in the forum post title, read the following lines and maybe you’ll change your mind.When I was a kid, I was always taught to go to school, get a Bachelor’s degree and a job in a large firm.

Across Green Ave in city limits and Augusta Circle schools houses that sold for 50k-75k are being renovated and sold for 300k.  

Which was only supposed to take 6 years.Real Estate has been a dream of mine since I read Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2005 - the reason I went to barber school and pursued owning a business.                                       

As the child of immigrant parents, I spent most of my life believing that there was only one way to live life: go to a good school, get a good job, work until I retire.

I am a secretary in our HIgh School.  

We realized that one would soon be unemployed due to their relocation and the other was starting grad school (also unlikely that they'll be making a meaningful amount of money).

If the numbers work and the price is right how should I go about offering a seller finance deal to an individual who is old school?

I'm from the KCMO area (graduated Park Hill High School in 2015).

So, unless you are going "old school" (e.g. wood fired stoves, etc.) an electrical outage will be a serious issue.Other than the "green movement," why not stay with the oil burner, just as another suggestion? 

There is already a system in place for getting this "entitled" education beyond high school.
