Hey BP - Before I say anything I want to say thanks to everyone who has been so welcoming and to the team behind BP I am an avid listener for about 3 months and on my way to Philly from NJ I listen to at least one podcast in each direction.

But as a former employee of VRBO (when the original founders owned the company and I was part of the team that helped build the site to what it is today) I obviously am proud that "VRBO" has become a noun as well as a verb in this industry. :-)We purchased our 1st STR in Summit County, CO in 2012 and since then have bought a new STR property every 2 years since, with the exception of 2017 when we bought a home in the city in VA where our alma mater is located.

I have currently 13 projects personally and another 18 with my executive team of five.

I would suggest solving your personal financial problems first, then possibly team up with a seasoned investor for a bit to gain experience.

The right to change the lock is even further supported by it being at the request of his tenant.
