If you go to his webpage its the same crap that is advertised just another color and smell. 

My friend in Nashville offered to repaint my walls to a color they liked and I agreed on, added a tile backsplash to the kitchen, and mounted my flatscreen I was letting him use.

There were different types and colors of trim and doors inside the house as well, so we did all new trim and doors.

I always thought that those full color, glossy post cards may get a better response rate, but haven't tried yet.

Color may not be ideal but the paint is still in good shape. 

I think I would've gone with a lighter color on the countertops but looks great.

Came across a disclaimer in a listing (on a property that passes all my initial criteria with flying colors) that reads; "Bank approved short sale ~ approvals will be obtained within 48-72 hours.

I don't have a great deal of advice for you, but wanted to give you a little color on the market.  

Yellow stands out, IMO I choose to use another color as a branding technique.
