Luckily for us, Columbus as a whole has really been brought up, that being said we have A,B, and C areas, so there really isn't anywhere that I would say to stay away from.

We are on our 6th modular project and about to do another 200 unit all steel modular fabrication development.

So in terms of the A/B and C areas, how would you classify and/or describe those.

There’s a lot of competition in those price bands, but that’s not any different than any investment-worthy market nationwide at the moment, and if you’re patient you’ll find a deal.
