It's got some deferred maintenance so our contractor is slated to start work this coming week, new roof, bath remodel, windows etc.Now I'm wondering if we should be adding a third bedroom instead of just cleaning it up.

The list I made had just under 275 houses and only cost $70.00.I sent the letter out last week and got 4 appointments to see houses from it so far.

I would have to pay the entire loan back within about 3 weeks, or they would report it is as early withdrawal to the IRS and get crushed on taxes.Because of that weighing over me, I opted to pay it off early.

A couple of weeks ago, I sent an email with some tax planning questions.

I’d probably go with weekly rent in this case.

Spend a few weeks here listening to podcasts and reading articles to understand how this all works then jump into it.

If the delays are only a week here and a week there, then I would just work with them.   

I have five or six brokers that I am staying in contact in the Chicago western suburbs, and I also have several in the South Bend, Indiana market as well. 

We are looking for maintenance every 2 weeks.

Driving around looking at 20 houses a day for two weeks will get old pretty fast.
