The home owner has passed away and I need to get these liens cleared up before I am able to complete the purchase. 

I'm lookin for someone licensed and insured for a complete rehab in Evansville- if everything goes well with this house there I'll be more work for them down the road.

How do you arrange payments (partial upfront, with balance at completion)?

@Kevin Phu there are a few other professions that are allowed to access the MLS you would have to check with your state to find out the complete list.

Anyway, we were wondering if there was a way to gain occupancy (to start moving our stuff and make minor repairs) so that our schedule isn't completely ruined.

I'll be going for my Real Estate Sales Associate exam just as soon as my background check is complete (working to get the occupation changed to reflect that).
