A few comments above a member mentioned that metal only cost a few thousands more.Due to the earths rotation angle we see more product break down due to uv light then the southern hemisphere.I don't know about the rest of southern hemisphere but here over Australia there is a huge hole in ozone layer, so UV here is a big big trouble.  

As a stupid example, you wouldn't spend thousands of dollars upgrading a 2 year old kitchen, because the 2 year old kitchen isn't crappy enough to make it worth it.But let's do math for your "not really worth it at all" $11k upgrade that gets you $100/month more.ROI = annual return / one time cost. 

I had to install a sump pump and a NEW WATER HEATER (there was already a working water heater down there and the flood ruined it).

Your liability could potentially run into hundreds of thousands if contamination is found after you take possession.

I have had some estimates recently in the double digit thousands from the big name companies and just curious how it makes sense for anyone to pay that much.
