I love the diversification.So when I chose to make an investment, I am looking at the specific property and location but I also consider how this investment fits with the rest of my portfolio.I am well represented in the SE and want more of the Mtn West.Hope this makes sense.

I also find it funny that as soon as I find her posting her name with the title company she represented that the profile of her on that site has been taken down.I do find it funny that after she said she did not know me then the house was posted as sold by a Luis.

Not only is it important for your own inquiries and questions, but this is representative of how quickly your tenants will have their issues addressed as well.

My experience is that most realtors know little about multi-family properties and after buying a few, I find it to my advantage to not have a realtor representing me.
