So far, I'm thinking inspection contingency, attorney contract review and acceptance, review of leases, financing contingency, estoppel agreements to prove the ownership of appliances and the status of deposits (many deposits on file are far lower than the monthly rents and sellers in Ohio regularly lie about who owns appliances and what the actual deposits on file are), unless there is a better way to approach this?

We have a lot of reservations on the calendar still despite the current state of the world, but I was curious what other local hosts were doing?

I do have some regular working folks and a couple have notified me that they're laid off and will do their best to pay rent.

My issue with this is that they do not go out and pickup after them regularly (maybe once a week) and they approach my children when we step outside our door.

So I can offer to host for free?
