I have researched some of the banks the threads recommend; BECU, Sound Credit Union, FirstTech, and a couple of other bigger ones but would like to see what a local bank would offer.

I spoke with a knowledgeable electrician in sevierville who works primarily on cabins and he recommended charge point!

If thinking about a fix-and-flip you might want to first ask recommended contractors etc down the hill if they'd be willing to take on a project up here.

You'll start seeing the same recommended title companies and hard money lenders.
