However, if this is our primary residence for at least 2 years after they gift/transfer ownership to us, would we be in the clear of owing on capital gains taxes up to $250k per person (or $500k total)?

If you are looking at a property management platform,  there are several online that allow credit screening as well as payment portals. 

So even if you somehow prove that your primary residence is your principal place of business, your W-2 job is not in the same trade or business. 

It will be your primary home so I think FHA would work. 

I've been researching using Lines of Credit to pay down a mortgage (this one is for my primary home).

I have owned multiple SFR but all primary residence.

A property has a lien on it currently , but will be ". gone " from the property in a few months ( the line's 10 year probate period Will be up in a few months )The property needs $20,000 in repairs ( materials only )I currently have a FHA loan on a propertyThe ARV on this investment property will be $130,000My all-in cost for the property will be around $80,000My main questions please are:1. will i be able to get a 2nd FHA loan if I make this my primary residence vs an Investment Property ?
