Hello, l'm looking for info on an accountant that specializes in real estate and is possibly also an investor too within the San Antonio or Austin area...preferably New Braunfels. :)

The market has remained relatively stable and no adjustment was deemed necessary for comparables sold outside the preferred six month guideline.Comp #5 is under contractComp #6 is an active listing UC accepting backups.

A borrower might prefer to just deed the property to the lender and simultaneously have the note marked "paid in full" and a mortgage satisfaction recorded in the real estate records.  

Also, my tenants, for the past 5 years or so, have all preferred paying rent using the electronic payment system I have set up.I am renting to a couple relocating from out of town for the first time ever.

I also prefer working with Keller Williams realtors because their training is so good.  

Overall I'm pretty confident that the deal is good but I could use some outside opinions just as food for thought.

Yes, I've sold homes and land for people I've never met, but I always prefer to meet a person in the flesh.

There is a site called georgiamls.com that includes the whole state, but I prefer Zillow for usability.
