Since wholesaling can be practiced without a license (excluding IL), the barrier of entry is very low.

Doing a quick search, it appears that Colorado law only requires that the therapist be licensed in Colorado, not that they live or practice in Colorado.

I will say that one of the benefits of driving for dollars is that not only can you find some good leads to go after, but simultaneously you are learning your market if you are doing it right.
