I recently met an REI focused agent in VT who has built an area TK, and reviewing docs before any signatures or property.  

Please note I've done some research on these markets (I'm focusing more on the western side of the state), this is just my knowledge/experience as a long-time CT resident. 

We're so incredibly focused in this nation on dollars and success, titles and achievements, we often forget we're in it together.

Just make sure you're prepared to handle repairs and a new roof wont cause you to break the bank.I know this forum pushes 1000 low balls to find the needle in the haystack and if thats your thing more power to you.
