So I've gone through the entire 1031 Exchange Forum and there are very few posts on DST Companies. 

I am posting this in hopes to connect with those who have some experience with mobile home flips.

@Nadir M. many PMCs post samples of the management contracts on their websites.So, you can download a bunch, sort through them and then cut & paste what works for you.You will still NEED to have an experienced real estate attorney review for final approval to make sure its compliant with state and local statutes. 

I asked this specific question in this post and 2 accountants weighed in on the issue.
