Hello, I'm new to the forum and just spent quite a bit of time searching without luck for a software package for real estate investments.

I am searching for more properties as we speak!

You can do a forum search (up at the top of the page) for assignments, double closings, and/or wholesaling to find some good information about what you're looking to do.

Has anyone ever seen the results of a title search?

We pulled up the property on his PC & he made some calls etc.I told him the target price I'm seeking (under $200,000), & I observed his method for searching properties on the PC, which was for $220,000, he was confident he could negotiate the price down.Regarding the fees.

I did all the searching for the homes on-line, called him for the lockbox codes ( yes that's not completely Kosher , but he new I am totally trustworthy) and he simply meets me at his office for the paperwork and potential closing.All in all, build a close honest relationship with one or two REO realtors (or just realtors in general ) and you'll do well.Good luck!!

Well....the average salary for an agent starting up in the states is $12,000 to $20,000 a year....and that's after considerable searching around and months if not a year of closing a few deals...try to find the money for the schooling as it can be a rearding career in the not too distant future....panamamalcolm

I don't know if this also refers to tax foreclosures, and I would recommend contacting an attorney or at least searching out your state's laws before you jump out there.
