When my boss gives me a research project, I have to find all the answers and organize them in a manner that makes sense. 

Also, I am a member of GaREIA and I lead the SouthSide group for the organization. 

I listened to The One Thing on my commute to work and I am not sure that I drink the one thing Kool-aid, but I agree with the book that focussing on the next one thing has amazing power to achieve goals and move organizations. 

Luckily, I've found a decent one where I invest.My question basically organically generated as a result of reading a lot of the feedback on the forums to other questions.

Maybe these HOA organizations are hoping to catch a lender asleep at the wheel?

Non-profit organizations have much better data and experience than do conventional lenders.
