I am looking for out of state investments and would like some guidance on which cities would provide good opportunities for newbies like me.

It's rare a seller actually even understands owner financing so this could be a good opportunity for you to save money or even make money if you do it right.It's all about the numbers and what you plan to do with the property.

If the opportunity arises for me to slip in a line or two, then I do and it has paid a plentiful amount of dividends.

With an opportunity like this, how can I take advantage of it?

Hi all,Looking at potentially picking up a 4plex (recently renovated, $425k asking, rents are $4050/mo gross + $1045/mo gross RUBS) in the Larchmont area, currently off-market opportunity. 

When I graduate should I try to do this plan and just rent (yuck).. there’s just not much opportunity for house hacking here but I want to be doing something when I graduate.

I knew it was a great opportunity but would require a lot of changes.

My wants are a 10-15 door unit in the 750-900k price range but would consider something larger if it was a good opportunity.

How do you intend to use this funding that you talk about ?

I have submitted my first offer on a SFH that I intend to rent out.
