If not, there is an online company in Florida called FastTitleSearch (I dont know if I am allowed to put a link here so I wont) that can do a basic search for $35.

Any bank can set up an account for a Series LLC just take your Articles of organization and Federal EIN # if you don't have one go to IRS.gov and they have an online registration or fill out IRS form SS-4 and mail or fax in.Hope this helps good luck

Since I haven't found many Brits online discussing their home market, my impressions are pretty basic and lack local context.

Even if you are able to incorporate with the help of free online forms, those forms both have faults within them and are not going to educate you on proper compliance methods.

BP has free online courses and videos for you to watch and learn and don't forget the informative forums by other seasoned investors!
