I started in the business still using carbon paper.. then NCR  then fax machines.. took me a few years to figure out how to scan.. once I learned that well I have not used a fax in 5 years.. we have one of course but its never used.. now with docusign and the like.. its heavenI even have a few of my closing companies using it for everything except the deeds or in the rare event we have debt  mortgage or trust deeds... and of course original notes must be wet signed.

Boca has a draw due to FAU, Boca Regional Hospital and the number of corporate employers however there are numerous apartments due to come on the market in 2017 as well. 

I have rented numerous times before, and unless i lived in a 'complex' i was always responsible for the upkeep of the house.

House hacking is usually the best way to get your "feet wet" with investing, and there are so many people that did so (to live cheaper) and did not cash flow.  

I have invested so much time researching and taking notes, that I just want to get my feet wet. congratulations to your strength to step out there and try. 

That way, you'll start to get your feet wet with different topics, strategies, etc.

Best way to get your feet wet and learn what it's like to actually be involved vs. reading/listening to all the stories.

There are numerous products out there that qualify investors on the property DCR or no income verification that doesn't take your tsx rrturns into account.
