I caught them lying about having moved in after they stated they did and started putting in 'service requests' for minor things that they could of easily done on their own (Removing an air-conditioning unit - changing the dial of a radiator, etc).

Is it just a matter of ordering appliances off Best Buy or Home Depot that fit the space and then have them come and remove the old and install the new?

I wrote about one in Chapter 40, that was remarkable and untypical because it was actually clean and only needed paint touch ups.There was a neighboring house to one of mine where a window glass was broken and removed, but unrepaired for 2 years while the family lived there and they were the owners.

Basically had to go through Grandfather ordinance, Chief inspector for zoning, deal with easement of egress with next door building, fire sprinkler compliance, oil tank removal, electric, plumbing, etc...

If the meth level is too high they tell me it can't be "cleaned" the material has to be removed.
