Hi @William Michael simply transferring the title of the properties into an LLC you create will not free up your debt-to-income ratio if you have personal mortgages on the property.

A lot of them are sponsored by different vendors like Jet Lending, Noble Mortgage, Quest IRA.

We won't be able to get traditional mortgages because we both have personal mortgages and student loan debt.
