I have bought 6 mobile homes on 1-4 acres each, and one lake house since March. 3 are rehabbed and leased, 1 is getting rehabbed now, and 3 are waiting for rehab/updating.

If i do a title search an everything seems to be in order, only a mortage and mechanics lien in addittion to the tax lien, then if not redeemed, those ar eboth wiped out and it is free and clear when you foreclose and take title?
