I have not been able to dedicate the time or energy required to manage them considering I have moved pretty robustly into the Multifamily space.

Your local meet up, seminar, classes available in your area. surround yourself with the likeminded people and you will learn and grow so much faster. although I have not attend to a lot of these events, I will put more time and energy there once I accomplish my current goal, which is to acquire properties within my current niche with the funds we have and learn the skills in multifamily. so my need is not to go out and try to meet people. 

The short of it is that I am looking for inspectors for mold and sewer pipes for sure, and am contemplating adding in asbestos, lead and an energy audit.

Being laid off can be scary but the good news is if you played your cards right you can benefit from the extra time and energy now .

Personally I do not desire to invest my life, my energy, my money into something that is a 'mission' without financial benefit.
