Hey @Melissa Wongkamalasai, it can be tougher, but no out of the question.Our area is very limited in season to about 5 months.

We do have a meeting with a local broker/real estate agent next week but thought it would be best to jump on line and take a look at some local properties and if nothing else practice our valuation process.

But I wanted to hear the opinions of successful people.

I admire the approach taken by ZipSmart in the US and aim to create a similar tool for all Canadian provinces but with less emphasis on the map.
