Hello BiggerPockets fam,Curious to gain some insight on an issue that was brought to my attention at my rental property. 

I firmly believe that things are definitely changing in terms of a technological and media landscape - if you are able to be consistent and quality in terms of short form video social media digital marketing - I think this is the best path forward to really carve out some success

At this stage of my life (71) years old and more concerned with estate planning than career advancement, my top priority is asset preservation on an INFLATION ADJUSTED basis.

Increasing income could entail anything from changing jobs for better pay, becoming more proficient or expert and valuable in whatever you do to earn a living, to changing careers and or acquiring more skills and knowledge through education.  

His current CPA is 75 years old, and we will be looking to change over to a CPA with a real estate focus.

Like most things in life, it's not black a white, gurus/coaches can be both incredible and horrible. 

For $1,000, you might just need to call this a life lesson.

Markets change, and as market factors change, the job we give to each dollar should also change.
