HOA management companies seem to be increasing fees for no reason except to hold more cash without actually making improvements. 

I have had the same insurance company for over 30 years.

Moreover, so you're aware, national wholesale companies such as New Western will email blast deals to hundreds of people in their database.

An often overlooked option...call the CC company and ask them for a reduced interest rate payment plan.

Most companies aren't taking new policies.

@Immanuel Pierre there's ONLY a couple of companies that manage room-by-room because it's so difficult and time consuming.

I am looking at building my team and having a strong Property Management Company is an important pillar. 

I've used two different real estate agents in the McAllen, Texas area, and am currently working with Monica Acevedo with The International Real Estate Company here out of McAllen.

Not sure if legal, but definitely happens.
