As always in any situation with a tenant, it is best to build rapport with them and have an open door so if financial troubles were to appear, you are on the short list of notification of such events, and work with them towards a situation that makes everyone as whole as possible.

The block building is in relatively decent shape, being remodeled about 10 years ago with new wiring, windows, HVAC, etc.The trailer park next store door is getting 200/month lot rent and you could rent the 2/1 for $585 section 8.

We personally own 19 doors in a garden style building and 3 MF duplexes in and around St Joe and we do not have issues with tenancy rates and remain cash flow positive.

They sent me cabinets that were in different boxes, different construction, door sizes were off a half an inch, a pinstripe was a different color, they couldn't fulfill the order with the cabinets I ordered so they gave me different cabinets and said that they would work?
