I'd say it works out to $20 an hour for them.It can, of course, vary wildly - I've spent $250 to deep clean just a kitchen, and I've spent $800 to trash out a backyard.This doesn't include any repairs necessary - painting touch ups, replacing damaged fixtures, landscaping, etc.

Sure we express it differently but the underlying psychology is the same unless you are an alien.The reason the gentleman above me is saying this... is because these "inferior" marketing (and I use the word "marketing" very lightly here) strategies work based on luck, and chance.Bandit signs for example... most people will not call a bandit sign number.

The project list includes replacing the kitchen counter-top, repaint kitchen cabinets and a bathroom refresh (i.e. replace the vanity, mirror, lighting, clean grout on wall tiles and new epoxy coating of the existing tub).

However, our quote included fixing a large water damage leak in the kitchen floor and wall, cleaning the carpet in the bedrooms since it's not bad just dirty, new vinyl plank in the common areas, light renovations on the bathrooms, new windows, new paint throughout, new hot water heater... more I can't even remember.
