I'd say yes, as long as you both understand that you're joint/severable liable (ie either of you are responsible for the total payments even if one can't make his share).If it's his first deal, even better since he can get in with less risk and perhaps you can borrow more.

Vrbo seems to have a higher class clientele and U also get most of my bookings on Vrbo.I do not allow 1 day bookings and my minimum age is also 25.My daily rate is from 200 to 600 per night.

Other than a sticker with a U value of under .30 there’s nothing really to look for.

You can find a reasonable duplex in both areas, dont do a single family please , just find a realtor that owns properties and they will put u on the mls and u wil be good to go,im going into my deal with $16K

I recommend joint checking and savings accountsAll money goes into checking account.
