This is way too far along to be screwing up like this.If you can't move into the property it requires 25% down so tell them to do their job and fix this asap. 

While I have been waiting on the BRE I have taken a personal assisting job and the more investors I meet, the more they tell me not to get my license to sell real estate and to just focus on the investing side of it.

@Kevin Marino Having a high paying W-2 job is sometimes the best way to get into Real Estate.

So, good news is that you're already all set with a great mortgage relative to what you'd get today.Bad news is another 500 people in the mortgage industry that always focused on rate/term refinances, rather than purchase business, just lost their jobs, because you are far from the only one in that position. 

I'm interested in purchasing a multifamily property and househacking, likely in the Broward area given the proximity to my job.

And when the boom went bust in a very localized manner, our tenants lost jobs. 

Meanwhile since I couldn't physically be present to produce any jobs I asked all the production companies I had relationships with to run any jobs they couldn't do through my company.  

I guess I don’t need to tell you that You are doing a very poor job managing your rental property because you are letting the inmates take over the asylum !

Do you have the time to manage all of those BRRRR projects or do you have a full time job?
