This is how I've describe the workshop; about 50% motivational, 40% information and 10% training add the fact that they dont allow you to record the workshop and pretty much all the tools they offered people in the free seminar, are available as part of a different package they call boot camp for 20K+ 30k+ and 40-50k.

It is amazing what can be done remotely these days with the internet and all.  

The drop in TO may be a psychological reaction based upon beliefs / expectations that the gravy train will stop.Even though the drop in year-over-year sales and pricing was the largest since 2009, things still have a long way to go to re-align with economic fundamentals.

This guy went through at least six years of training, his photo tells us he's no spring chicken, and obviously has zero ambition to build a plumbing empire.

Look up community health training- mortgage donations. 

You would be better served to get legal advice from your lawyer and tax advice from your CPA, as opposed to on an Internet forum.

We have a large training room at my workplace, and my director just gave me the OK to use it for our meetings.  

Got my start over a decade ago with an on-site mentor who spent three days with me in my market, helping me get deals in my market while he was there, helping me get buyers for those deals while he was there, and teaching me everything I needed to know to not only pay for my training but launch a business that has grossed me hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.I know it's hard to pick the right mentor.
