Do a Reverse ExchangePlan ahead - Plan to win!

Here is my plan and then my questions below:1) I want to buy single family homes across various states with each home having its own LLC in that particular state.2) I want these various LLCs to be owned by a Wyoming Holding LLC for anonymity.Here are my questions:a) Is it really as easy as creating a Wyoming Holding LLC online (e.g. zen business) and then creating an LLC for the homes  in the relevant state (again using zen business as an example) ?  

While you are assuming this is a shotgun approach, my post was intentional and was to only connect, without promise of referrals, because my plan is to vet anyone that decided to reply. 

However, there isn't a strong sales history, so we are going to pass on it.I have another deal lined up that I plan on purchasing in the next few days.

Do y'all require the tenant to have renter's insurance or leave that up to them?

In planning to sell the final bed and breakfast 5 years ago I bought a duplex.

It's good you are planning in advance. 

If you wanted to work with a developer/builder, I would think with our engineering backgroud, you should be able to be a project manager, forward planning, even acquistions associate, albeit with some training.
