Has anyone taken a RE Agent pre-license course for the state of Florida online?

Of course they had a very articulate individual on the sales end who was able to sell me on their business model.

Just got my real estate broker license and setting up the foundation to the broker and want to get everything set up properly via necessary online software/programs.  

They can sell it as an REO, either online through an auction, or listed with a local Realtor. 

I ran across a way of virtual wholesaling online using these auction sites like auction.com, xome.com, hubzu.com.

My question is if open houses and prospective tenant meetings need to be hosted by a licensed broker, or if I could contract this out to an unlicensed individual. 

I've rented an individual bedroom as well as the entire house, and I've earned more and more money each month I've done it.I'm in Milton, Florida (near Pensacola).
