The more you do, the better you will get at knwoing what homes will need and how much the costs are.Pay attention to kitchens and bathrooms as they can often be the largest cost factors along with AC, roofs, foundations, etc.

I found only 2 completely remodeled colonials with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that sold in April and May 2011, although they are over 1 mile from my subject property.
