I have a property in Summerville, SC and looks like lots of competition for rentals.

But in reality a mortgage at 50% that’s recourse and cross collateral will in all probability not result in anything different as the chances of the lender having to look beyond the subject property are fairly remote. 

Despite the mess I was in, she stepped in and took charge of selling my property with absolute professionalism.

I am in the process of updating/furnishing a new property.
