Hi - first off, my apologies because I have asked this in a previous thread but this particular question has not been answered.

I sincerely apologize for the misinterpretation and any frustrations I may have caused you or anyone else.My biggest recommendation to the Gentleman asking the initial question, would be to take a referall from someone he knows and trusts (which in a way, is what he is asking for here) of someone who is Pleasant, Patient, Competent, and a Good person to those around him/her.

It is a small wording difference, and maybe you meant what I stated above originally (and if you did then I do apologize), but 75% of the purchase price could be a big difference of money to a lot of buyers.  

I apologize but I don't understand I have found a few properties that I thought we good deals and money didn't find me... could you please be elaborate... perhaps I am missing something.
