Im starting to think region has more of an impact then I thought.

It takes at least $35K in capital, a full team of trusted contractors, a great property manager, and 5 years of my blood/sweat/tears to meet the rule and ensure that the investment is sound........LOLIt goes back to realistic expectations.

There are a few other factors to help on-site SEO (i.e. alt tagging photos, keyword emphasis, directory structuring, etc.) but these are the ones that will have the largest impact on your on-site optimization efforts.The other one is off-site optimization, and that is how other sites view your site.
