This is to be ignored AND you must tell the tenant no if yoiu live in a judicial foreclosure state.

Almost every landlord has been called a slumlord, often out of ignorance by the person saying it.

If you ignore reasonable safety requests and something happens, it will be far worse.The fact that these are your daughters friends and people you know socially, should mean you go above and beyond to address concerns.

Repeated requests for the HOA books have been ignored, as have repeated requests for a special meeting to resolve the issues with the entire association. 

Sure they’ll ignore it, but as others have said many us forget how little we knew about how a house worked back when we were in college. 

I can ignore the inane duplicate posts, but if someone posts an obvious question that has been answered a million times it makes me think they are lazy and more likely a taker than a giver.
