Looking to use a DSCR loan and I’m curious of what rates are currently available?

The major barrier to this would be if you are living in one side of the duplex and have an FHA loan on the property.

In my opinion housing pressure in Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, and Ulster county you will continue to see price increases in the long run ( value ).

I have no W-2 income and have been advised to consider DSCR no-ratio loans, but current rates are in the low 9% range, which seems high.
